Salon Policy

Eyebrow Envy offers the highest standard of treatment and customer service.
Please check out our salon policies as below

 

Stylists

All our stylists work on a self-employed, chair rental basis and are therefore solely responsible for their own bookings, data protection, cash handling and insurance. Whilst every precaution has been made to ensure that all stylists are up to date with their credentials, and we do all work very much as a team – you need to be aware that Eyebrow Envy cannot accept any responsibility for treatments carried out by self-employed therapists. In the event of any issues regarding this, please speak directly to your stylist in the first instance.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Certificates are available for an amount or treatment/s of your choice. Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will a voucher be extended or exchanged for cash, however treatments can be exchanged with a treatment of choice.

 

Cancellations

We appreciate some un avoidable events may crop up that could affect your booking however we request where possible that clients provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment to avoid paying a 50% cancellation charge.

 

Mobile phones

To make your visit as relaxing as possible we ask that all mobile phones be switched off during your appointment to avoid you being disturbed.

 

Safety Precautions

A consultation form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

 

Children

In the interest of health and safety, we ask that all children under the age of 10 MUST be supervised at all times by an accompanying adult

 

Punctuality

We kindly request that you arrive on time for appointments so that we can ensure that full treatment time is given to you and to prevent inconvenience to other clients and a consultation form will be filled out on first appointment.

 

No Smoking Policy

The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.

 

Client Consultations

All clients will be given a thorough consultation at their first visit. This information is completely confidential.

 

Payment

Racheal Hall accepts cash, bank transfer and card payments. All self-employed stylists handle their own payments and take cash or bank transfer.

 

Parking

FREE parking is available around the salon currently. You are able to park in front of the salon which is free all day with no restrictions.

 

Patch testing

Most of our treatments require patch testing prior to your appointment so clients must ensure that they are covered. If a client has never been exposed to PPD before (hair dye, lash/brow tint, false tan, Henna etc) then a double patch test will be required. Please ask for details. ALL tinting treatments are NOT suitable for clients under 16 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Ultimate Henna Brows – Patch test required at least 48 hours before treatment. Patch test must be repeated if 3 months or more has lapsed since last Henna exposure
  • Ultimate Brows – Patch test required at least 48 hours before treatment. Patch test must be repeated if 3 months or more has lapsed since last PPD exposure
  • HD Brows – Patch test required at least 48 hours before treatment. Patch test must be repeated if 6 months or more has lapsed since last PPD exposure
  • LVL – Please speak to your therapist
  • Lash Extensions – Please speak to your therapist
